Surprise ideas?

My wonderful in-laws are paying for our entire Disney vacation. They are insisting on paying the whole bill, meals, etc. I know they will not let us pick up anything while we are there.

I would like to do SOMETHING for them while we are there. They won't go off by themselves so I can't send them on their own "excursion". I was thinking about something special I could present them at the start of the trip. I was going to make special shirts for our group to wear but my mother-in-law went and bought the ones through the Disney store.

How about reserving a boat just for your family for an Illuminations cruise?

your family could all have breakfast together in the Floridian Hotel. After breakfast, they could go to the spa for his and her massages.

How about creating a big scrapbook with pictures and momentos from the trip that you can present to them as a thank you after the trip? If you have kids, maybe they could help out or create their own little thank you gift.

My guess is that they would value something personalized like this more than anything you could purchase for them during the trip.

Have you thought about contacting Jane and her pixies at Gifts of a Lifetime? I have planned several events through her and she is super and has brilliant ideas! Actually , I am using her again 2 weeks form today for a surprise for dh's bday!!!! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
