Surprise!!! Happy anniversary to us!!!

Congratulations! Many happy wishes for you and your family! :grouphug:

Oh my gosh, what a wonderful Thanksgiving-time blessing! :cloud9:

Did you tell the parents yet? They will be :cloud9: multiplied by a million!

Now, if your DF could only sing... because he needs to sing "She's Everything" to you

"...she's a picture in my wallet,
and my unborn children's mother..."

If you haven't told them yet, I am with Fairy Tale Bride; tell them at the reception. How cool if your fiance could make a toast to you and include that *little* piece of info! But no matter how they hear about it, it will make for a special holiday.

Take care of yourself, happylalagirl, and God bless!!

KimNKel- Thats my favorite song right now!! I love Brad Paisley (*His CD's in my car*). Good Taste girl!

That would be so sweet if he would sing that to you. I love that song (I always think in my head how sweet it would be if DH would sing something like that to me). Can't wait to find out the song you pick!

Congratulations!! :cheer2: This baby will be the biggest blessing to come out of this (even more-so than the wedding). I wish you three the upmost happiness. Now for baby naming... are you going to name him/her Scuttle? or maybe Stitch? Pocahontas? Mulan? I think theres a theme here :rolleyes1 ... cant quire put my finger on it ... :scratchin

Don't worry, if you get sick during the wedding  - think of it as good wishes from the unborn!

Puking as a gift from the unborn... hmmmmm... interesting way to look at it. :rotfl: I was thinking about some other names like Quasimodo - but there's quite an image that goes along with that one... what about Esmerelda? Jasmine? Hmmmmm.... :lmao:

We haven't told the "rents" yet... there's a part of me that wants to tell them tomorrow at dinner... but it doesn't seem real to me yet... probably because there is just so much more going on with the wedding. And I'm a bit apprehensive. :sad2: I believe they'll be happy but I still have that little twinge of fear like I had when I was 19 and breaking the news. My 2 bestest friends are the only ones who know (besides DF of course) and they were ecstatic for us! So, we'll see if we tell them tomorrow or as several people have suggested (and DF wants to do) announce it at the wedding. I think that might be a bit odd... perhaps the rehearsal dinner where our nearest and dearest family and friends will be in an intimate setting... then they can pass it along the following day... hmmmm... things to think about - quick!!! :goodvibes

Thanks for all the well wishes!!! You guys are the best!!!!

Things are already so different than the first time, which I expected since that was over 11 years ago. But I am sweet-a-holic. I love chocolate, ice cream, pies, cakes, candy.... you name it, I want it. However, for the past 2 weeks, I have not wanted ANY of it... so, my DF has proclaimed that this must be a boy because it's already so different from my pregnancy with our daughter... nothing like being a little premature in guessing, but hey. AT least he's happy!!!! :goodvibes

Congrats on your fantastic news! :goodvibes

I think annoucing it at the rehersal would be a really lovely idea. :)

I worked at an OB/GYN for years. I have seen that it is better to wait and tell - than to jump into things and speak all at once. One, because God forbid anything happen- well I will stop there. And Two, its best to enjoy the moments as they come. Give you and DF a time to embrace this moment together- the morning sickness (well- you can try and embrace that) and just the overall experience. Many girls, I have seen, wait until they are 2-3 months (It makes time go by faster as well, or so it seems). If you have people asking you about the pregnancy from week 3- those 40 weeks or so are going to drag by. Waiting a little while will not only make things more real, but maybe speed up the process a little (if only in mind).

Good Luck!! If you did decide to tell them today I wish you the best and know that they will be cheering :cheer2: for you 100%. Its good to know that good things still do come to good people!

Congratulations! That's great news - and you'll be able to tell the little one that they were at your wedding :)
