Surprise gifts at arrival

Is it possible to have gift baskets, etc. waiting in your room or delivered shortly after check in? I will be staying at WL in September. I know of disney florist, but are other services available?? Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know Disney Florist is the only one that delivers on property. They can be a little pricy but they have some really cute stuff and you can request anything you want in a basket for instance and they will make one up for a price of course. Good luck and Have fun!

Never tried either but I know others have posted that they like both services. Hope this helps. I plan on using one too for our upcoming trip.

Peggy sweets are amazing,you can select what you want in it from her website, she did one for my dd's 18th birthday it was so beautiful , My dd still taks about it.

We did Peggy's Sweets and More also and loved it! She even was able to get a couple of things that were not on her list. She looked for me and then told me what the cost would be. The basket was really cute!

I used Peggy's Sweets just last week and she is awesome!!! I wanted a Disney baseball hat for my DH included and she emailed me pictures of 3 different ones she saw at DTD and let me choose the one I wanted! We also got the Sparkling Cider and Mickey Wine Glasses and a variety of snacks. It was waiting for us at Wilderness Lodge when we checked in at noon and it was fantastic!!!! I highly recommend her!!!

I've also used Peggy's before, and she is wonderful!!!! The basket was amazing! My DD LOVED it!!

I've even ordered from her again for our next trip!

we did our own gift basket a few years ago. it was a family trip and my parents went overboard and paid for a lot that we didn't expect them too. So we made our own huge gift basket and shipped it to our resort (POR) for delivery a day or so before our arrival. They held it at the front desk and it was there when we checked in. My parents loved it, my mom cried. You can get creative and do a basket cheaply, but nice yourself. I traveled to Orlando a few months prior on business and picked up a few things at DTD for the basket. you can use a shopping service to do it for you and ship items to you from WDW if you want as well. We included a disney umbrella, 2 POR resort mugs (I bought on said previous trip)- sunglasses, disney hat, disney backpack, sunscreen, snacks, misters/fans, lotion, candy/chocolates, mickey pretzels etc.

Peggy is a fellow DISer and has a huge inventory to choose from on her site - I did my own basket last year for DNeph's b'day when she was on 'temp leave of absence' from the business and it was cute, but what a pain it was to hide it from him and set it out. Can't wait till he sees his basket next week!!

I have used all three of the companies listed. Disney Florist was fine, did a nice job, albeit a bit pricey for what I got. Jane at GOAL was terrific to work with. While I had to pretty much go with what was offered, I was able to get close to what I desired. And she went the extra mile to remedy a problem..not of her making but at the resort level.
And Peggy's is wonderful. I think she is my favorite so far. I've used her several times now. The reason I used the others was that Peg was on 'hiatus' taking on the role of chauffer to her dd...what a good mom!!! But, now she's back, better than ever. Looking forward to using her again in Oct!!
Most aren't able to have something in your room when you check-in though. It could be delivered later in the day, or in most cases, they hold it at the front desk and give it to you when you check-in. Of course, if your room isn't ready, you then have to hand it off to bell services to hold until your room is ready!!!
