surprise for mum?

my parents, well- let's face it, my mum, is planning a disney trip for THIS JUNE! she's done so much to put in so much effort that me and my older sister wanted to surprise her with a nice dinner, or spectacular event. the problem is, SHE is planning the vacation. how do we surprise her with a dinner, or something nice?? any suggestions for showing the love..secretly?

one of you could excuse yourself for the ladies room and then speak w/the hostess/host about ordering a special dessert for her. or upon arrival in wdw, since you will know the dining plans, make a secret ADR on a day that does not have a main meal plannned. you could call dining on a house phone and just make the ADR. maybe you and sis could "pool" some $$$ to help pay for it. good luck and what a wonderful idea!
