Surprise for 30th Year Visiting WDW?

This spring my mom will have been visiting WDW for almost 30 years to the day of her first trip. She is a HUGE Disney fan. We were thinking we wanted to do something special for her. Any neat things that we could do for her that she might now have experienced before?

The traditional gift for 30th anniversary is pearl. What if you took her to Pick A Pearl in Japan and had some lovely jewelry set using whatever pearl (or pearls) from the oysters she selected?

After that maybe a nice dinner with a cake saying Happy 30th Disney-versary?

What about a Wishes Fireworks Cruise? What about a special cake? What about a private photo session? How FUNNNNN for your entire family!!

@Carrie in AZ I love the idea of the photo. My sister just added we should take a photo of her and I together that says 30 years at WDW since that was my first trip with her too. We think she would love that.

Our 30th Disney-versary is in 2016, I love the idea of the pick-a-pearl. My DD and I did that a couple years ago, but they were stolen when a nephew/drug addict robbed me of all my jewelry. Good reason to get a new one.
