My MIL just purchased her Dvc 25 promo tickets w/ park hoppers. She told me that the memory maker was also included with her purchase. Is that true? Did she hear them right?

I don't believe so. Disney Photopass Service is offered on DVC annual passes.

I know the water parks and more was part of hopper deal but she said when she purchased that memory maker was part of the deal too. I just wanted to make sure she didn't pay extra for this.

Maybe they asked her if she wanted to add it or something. I'll have to get more info from her later.

PhotoPass downloads are included with Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus Passes and the Disney Premier Passport (WDW/DL Annual Pass).

Memory Maker is not included. It's available as a separate purchase starting at $149.

No, I also bought the DVC tickets, no Memory Maker included. If you tell me which ticket she purchased, I can tell you how much it was supposed to cost.
