We have lived in fl for 8mths now and have finally found the time to make are first trip to wdw:cool1: . We are going over spring break and my youngest birthday. Can't belive he's turning 10pixiedust: . We are keeping it a suprise and as the time gets closer its getting harder to keep it too ourselves. We have the hotel leaving something in are room for him and having breakfest with Lilo and Stich. He loves Stich. We did the one at disneyland in 06. The boys had a blast so hopefully this time is just as good. We are staying at pop century. can't wait.

lovergrumpy, how cool that you will be surprising your boys! I wanted to do this for our boys on our upcoming trip but DH said that they should have something to look forward to too!:rolleyes2 Oh well! Good luck and I hope you all have a wonderful trip!:)

We are surprising our boys too!!! We are going 4/18-4/28 and staying at the Pop Century as well! We've had it booked for over a month now, but we are waiting until 4/1 to tell them. This way they'll have enough time to do make-up school work BEFORE we leave and they'll have some time to help plan, get excited about the trip, etc. And, this way, they'll concentrate on school, etc and generally not go too crazy leading up to the vacation.

That being said, I am going crazy not being able to talk about it!! Of course, my DH knows all about it, but he isn't that into it and so we don't talk much about it yet.

Our boys are 9 and 12 and will soon be turning 10 and 13. We'll be celebrating each of their birthdays at WDW too. They won't have their actual birthdays while we are there, but we will celebrate with special meals anyway.

When will your boys find out about the trip? Are you waiting until the day you leave -- or since you live in-state, will you even wait until you approach the WDW gates? That would be fun -- but difficult!

We are telling them the moring before we leave. We are leaving at 6am because we need to tried in are vouchers for the acual passes. So its just easier telling them so we don't here Where are we going all the way down there.
