My iPod wouldn't synch. I plugged it in and it didn't start synching and I don't know how to make it synch.

Figured that since I haven't bothered to download the most recent version (there's always a new version and I'm tired of it), I'd do that before seeing what else might need to be done.

But while it is downloading whatever it is, this box keeps popping up with a big red circle and a white X in it:

"The procedure entry point__objc_class_name_NSData could not be located in the dynamic link library Foundation."

Just what the hell does that mean?

The only thing to click is the box that says, "Okay" so I click that. Then a box pops up saying, "dotmacsyncclient has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

The only box to click is "Close program", so I click that and eventually the first one pops up again.

What the hell.

Can I fix it or should I go to Apple...or Best Buy...or what?

If you made it this far, thank you. Just for reading. Even if you can't help.

It sounds like you are having a problem with iTunes. I would uninstall and reinstall iTunes. I have read that uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes does not effect your music library but it might. I would make a copy of your "My Music\iTunes" folder just in case.

No experience with that particular problem, but reinstalling iTunes usually works for me when I get error messages.

Thanks, guys. I'll try the uninstall/reinstall thing. But I have to say that the uninstall/reinstall thing has been suggested with other problems and never worked. Going to try it! Just hate hearing the words, lol.

Thanks again.
