Disneychic~ Welcome to the Northeast! Sorry to hear that you are going to be losing your job. Losing that tie is tough but hopefully great opportunities lie ahead for you.
I agree with ohMom~ negativity or feeling down can definitely hinder weight loss. They even say so on Biggest Loser. Remember all your hard work Disneychic so that you don't go backwards. Stay positive and try to use this opportunity to get out there and enjoy the scenic life up there in Maine. Maybe you'll stumble upon a job opportunity that suits your lifestyle!
KarenAylwood~SO proud of you for signing up for that 10k. Setting a goal is the first step...achieving it is the final one. YOU CAN DO IT!!! I always said I wanted to do a marathon and my sister signed me up when I was only running 3 miles!!! fast forward a year later to when I crossed the finish line at the Disney Marathon!!! Oh What a Feeling!!! Think of how you will feel when you cross that finish line! When is the race and what is your goal (timewise) to finish?
Heatherlynn...I'M SO JEALOUS!!!!!
Mommy Mcqueen..hope you had a nice trip. I want to go in November.
I reached my goal of drinking all my water yesterday. Did eh-eh wil my snacking...always a tough one for me. My goal for tomorrow is to wake up early and run 3 miles. Getting out of bed early on Wednesdays are difficult since I have to get up extra early. This will be a stretch for me...but if I posted it I must do it!
