ok.....so i've been a fan since the beginning.......and i have to say, i wasn't impressed at all. this didn't seem like a "season premiere" to me, it could have been any filler episode in the middle of the show.

Dean seemed totally out of character for me for the most part. the whole episode seemed to go so fast. was i supposed to care that "Issac" died??

loved angry!Bobby! oh and suit!Bobby!

i could do without Ruby(who is the blonde girl who was stalking/following Sam around in the episode) i've heard spoilers and she doesn't sound exactly promising.

and The Seven Deadly Sins aren't urban legends....i thought that's what this show was supposed to be about?

at least next week's episode looks kind of creepy....although....kids are creepy in general lol.

However, I have to watch it to the bitter end.

I thought they set the season up pretty good. I agree I could have done without the "hunter couple"....it would have been better if they let the husband live.

I loved the idea of the 7 Deadly Sins as demons, pretty cool to me.
Although would have preferred more of the "sins" and less of Dean and Sam issues.

I enjoyed it. Just good entertainment, with really cute guys.

It's a little odd to me watching Dean less serious about "hunting" and staying alive, and hangin out & raising hell and hooking up with the ladies. I agree Bobby is very cool. And I loved the AC/DC music in the beginning, and all the classic rock in show.

well to me it's a larger than life show, seeing as it is my favorite show on tv right now. i loved the season premiere and season finale's of both seasons, but this season premiere? lame. it lacked everything the show was ever about. Sam and Dean were like backround characters, i hardly saw them other than the beginning and the end. and the end scene with Sam and Dean, Dean didn't seem to give a crap that he was alive and that line of "i couldn't live while you died" was void of any emotion. and he mentioned "i'm gonna die" more times than i cared for. yeah...we're well aware of that, Dean. you don't have to bring it up 3 times during a 1 hour show.

and even the LOOK was different. remember the first two seasons had that little hint of gray-tone to them that made everything just a LITTLE bit creepier?? where'd that go? this was bright and cheery and....not good.

and like i said, i was unimpressed with the 7 deadly sins as demons. that's not urban legends....that's not a "myth" or a "creature"...that's not even "scary"......someone explain to me what was so scary about Lust??

Thought last night was a pretty scary episode! Devil kids are usually pretty creepy though, not sure about sending your kid into the lake though!

Thought that lady being the head evil one over the kids was pretty predictable.

Little Ben ("mini-Dean") was cute as could be!

I didn't really follow the story line about "all mom's friends are dead" - did you guys?

well.....this episode was better than last week's. it's still too "bright" for my taste. at least the kids were kinda creepy. i didn't care for Ben(aka Mini-Dean).....there's no way that kid would act JUST LIKE Dean if he had never met him before....that was kinda stupid. and i don't like Ruby(she'd be the blonde demon Sam was talking to)....was she supposed to be funny in last night's episode? she was just annoying. and the boys NEED to be together more than this....the show is about them but they had the guest stars on more.

i'm glad they at least got back to the "creepy/scary" looking demons tho. because last week was just horrible.

I got teary at the very end, I was freaking out! At then when Dean was yelling for help he yelled, "SAAAAAAMM"! I cannot wait for the new season to begin. Thank goodness there is a season 4. Can you imagine if they ended the series like that?

Also, I hope season 4 includes some Papa Winchester! I love JDM!

In my perfect episode, Papa would come back from wherever he is and help Sammy save Dean. He was down there for a while and maybe he has some insider information! Maybe they could use that door that Papa came out of somehow.

Besides, Dean is too cute to be dead for very long! We would all miss his wit and humor!

I am thinking the same thing. Dad will come back and help either Sam or Dean so Dean can escape hell and return to Sam.

I wondered the same thing. I just expected so much more. I did miss last weeks episode, so maybe I missed some of the buildup. I plan to go back and watch. I just didn't want to wait on last nights show.

I hope it doesn't take all season! I love the interaction between Sam & Dean.

Also, was anyone else worried last night while watching that Bobby was going to die? I was so relieved when he didn't. I thought Lillith was going to possess him when they realized she had left the little girl.

I can't imagine that they would wait all season, because the show is the interaction between the brothers.

DH and I also worried about Bobby being possessed by Lilith. I like him and was glad he lived.
