Thanks for writing these entertaining reports. Don't worry about your grammar and spelling. I think your style is refreshing and you come across as a very enthusiastic adventurer. I admire your ability to take the booking SNAFU's in stride, not letting them spoil your good time. From the hints you've been giving, I'm guessing you managed to turn the WDW mistakes into a benifit for you and your crew. That makes me wonder what happened and I'm looking forward to further installments--after you've finished that champagne.

Supercod thanks for the report - excellent stuff - Two points though:-

Spent Christmas at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe many years ago - we were extremely disappointed to find the extent of their trimmings on Xmas Day was a twig and one piece of tinsel - so I guess you could say they didnt go overboard for Christmas !!!

We had exactly the same problem with rooms, names and booking of food at Newport Bay, DLP - Two families plus my mum in three rooms - Disney made such a mess of what should have been so simple - we also spent too much time at the desk !!!!!!!!

I have to admit I would NOT have been happy at this point, It wouldnt be a case of visiting the concierge everyday; I would camp out there until they got it sorted!!!
