Super Soap and Fantasmic - need info!

I'm not interested in the Super Soap activities at MGM but I would like to see Fantasmic - Sat or Sun night. If I just went for Fantasmic, would I be able to get into the park? Would I be able to reach the Fantasmic pavillion to see the show (getting through the crowds?), and is Fantasmic crowded on Super Soap weekend?

I would think Saturday night would be a good time to see Fantasmic. Most of the super soap fans will be on Hollywood Blvd for the Street Jam. Once you are away from this area, there usually aren't that many people at all. Sunday night is EMH, so crowds may be a bit heavier.
