We are planning a last minute trip as usual, hope we actually go this time. I haven't told my DD, because I don't want to disappoint her. I was on the Disney site and saved a trip for 4 days/3 nights I only chose 2 days for park tickets, no park hopper, just not enough time or money. I think my 5 yr old daughter will be happy touring MK for two days anyway. Can we go to DTD on the days we don't have park tickets?

Our first day there, we actually do not arrive until 9pm at MCO, so we are really only going to get there to sleep at our resort (CBR) we chose moderate over value because it would only be about $100-$150 difference. i don't know if there is anything to do that late at night when we arrive, maybe walk around the resort a bit?

I also chose the quick service dining, because it would be too late to choose a better dining since it is a last minute trip and it would be too late to make ADR's. Any suggestions for quick service dining? We eat just about anything, from healthy to not so healthy food? Can I use quick dining at CBR? or is it a fancy restaurant there?

Our 2nd and 3rd day there will be spent at MK. What should we definetly do? What Rides should we get fast passes for? Where is Adventureland? My daughter loves Ariel.

Our last day there we will not have park tickets, so what is there to do besides the resort pool? We want to see downtown disney, do we just take a bus in front of the resort? Do we need reservations for any of the restaurants at Downtown disney, like planet hollywood? What other places are there to eat there? Since we only have QS dining we may need to eat at DTD for dinner at least 2 nights.

BBB I think we will splurge and have dd get the Coach or Crown package. I think I read somewhere that girls can choose the barber shop cool dude package too. I hope to not have to resort to that but, is it true? Where is the barbar shop? Or do u just ask for the cool dude package at BBB?
Where is it best to get the coach or crown package done?(wait time wise and easier location to get to etc. At the Disney store or the castle?

I think that may be all my questions, thank you for your time :)

Yes

If you don't get into MCO until 9 pm by the time you get to your resort, get checked in, etc. it will be close to 10:30 pm. I'd plan to get a good night sleep and an early start the next day.

There are lots of quick service options available, both in the parks, resorts and DTD. We like Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bills

At 5 your daughter should be able to do everything in MK, with the exception of maybe Space Mountain. Adventure Land is right next to Fantasy Land.

Yes, you get the bus for DTD right outside your resort.

We did BBB at the castle and got a reservation for first thing in the morning.

Have a great trip.

ok, here goes, lol

you may not find much to do at your resort after 9 pm except maybe a quick swim and perhaps a bite to eat.
there is definitely QS dining at CBR-if i recall correctly, we even had pizza delivered to our room, although that was a few years ago.
at MK, since your DD is 5, make sure you get FP for peter pan's flight (that ride has ridiculously long lines!) and do winnie the pooh and snow white. is she tall enough for some of the more adventurous rides, such as splash mountain and BTMRR? for my family, POTC, space mountain and HM are must-do's. MK has great QS-you can get burgers or a bbq sub at pecos bill's and pinocchio village haus has pizza and chicken fingers. to get to adventureland, walk down main street and turn left at the hub.
there will be a bus from CBR to DTD, and you should be able to get QS there as well-i'm not sure about reservations, as we've never eaten there.
the barber shop is on main street, but the coach package at BBB would be fine-we did it for DD, it was about $60, and she got hair, makeup and nails. you could probably find a princess dress cheaper at the disney store or disneystore.com. i'd skip the shoes, they're not exactly park-friendly. we got an 8:15am appointment at BBB at the castle, and were done well before park opening. it only took about 15-20 minutes. HTH! :goodvibes

I wanted to suggest, instead of MK for 2 days - go to HS the second day. They have Playhouse Disney stuff there and you DD5 will love it. They also have an Ariel show and a Belle Show. Also my girls love the Honey I Shrunk the kids play area.

Also, regarding QS dining - hands down the best quickservice food court is at Colorado Springs Resort. They had prime rib and lots of other choices! Unbelievable!

The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World has great touring plans geared to small children for all of the parks-also great descriptions of the restaurants. Even a section on Downtown Disney-the stores and places to eat. One of our favorites is Wolfgang Express-you and your daughter could easily share a meal. Our library has copies-even if it's a year or two old it would be a great help.
I hope you and your daughter have a wonderful time! :)
