Super Saver rates?

I keep seeing this in various posts. What does this mean? Can someone explain to me.

super saver rates are available to anyone.

you must have at least a 3 night stay booked at the onsite hotels in order to receive this discounted rate.

it usually beats all other discounts.

right now, the longer you stay, the deeper the discounts for the rooms.

you need to call and book your room and ask for the super saver rate.

you will see posters use SS rates when referring to it.

I was able to get the super saver rate booking on-line!

sometimes you can.
at times when they haven't been released yet, you can book with the SS by calling.
