Super Early Ohana Reservation with MK after

I didn't want to jump on the other person's thread.
We have a 7:30am reservation for Ohana and then are heading to MK. People on the other thread recommended parking at TTC and then walking over to Poly. I've also read that I should arrive (park) between 6:45-7am to make my reservation.

The questions are:
Is the TTC open that early? (park opens at 9am on that day)
How far is the walk? I walk rather slow.
Does it matter about leaving the car at Poly if we are only staying in the park until around 1pm? Please don't flame. Just a question.
Someone said you don't have to pay for valet if you have handicap status. Does that include a temporary handicap placard? I have one as I have a neurological condition.

1. MK parking lot is open for parking virtually 24/7.
2. You can park very close if you arrive very early.
3. Unless you can valet, don't park at a resort and go to a theme park.
4. Don't know if any will be honored, but you can ask.
