We have a 6:30am flight home on Sunday October 23rd. Does the ME run early enough for us to get to the airport by 5:00-5:30? We are staying at CSR.

Thanks!

cause I just called in my flight details 2 days ago and they accepted it for my 7 a.m flight. I remember in January it was very dark when we were waiting for ME but I forget what time my flight was, but ME did pick us up early.

You will be down at the bus platform in the 3:00-3:15 time frame. Magical Express leaves your resort about 3 hours before your flight and you need to be at the platform 15 minutes before that.

DME is a 24/7 service. Doesn't matter when you fly in or out, they are available. The only issue is being able to wake up that early!! Since you are given a pickup time of about 3 hrs prior to flight departure, it makes for a very early start.
The part of DME that doesn't run 24/7 is luggage service. But, that is for arrivals, which isn't going to be an issue for you. On the other hand, you can't check your bags at the resort and get boarding passes..you will have to take your bags with you. The RAC counter doesn't open until 5am, and you have to be finished with your checkin no less than 3 hrs prior to flight time.
Get down to the DME bus stop about 15 mins prior to your pickup time...you don't want to miss the bus.

As the others have said the ME will take you whenever you need to be there.

Just my 2 cents here but I will never take another early AM flight from WDW.

I love the very early flights TO Disney (usually awake anyway) but I find the early departure FROM Disney to be a set up for a brutal day of traveling!:)

I agree. Last Aug I had a flight out at 8:00 am, and with a teenager, it was tough getting her up to be at the stop at 4:45.
