So, I was able to book our air transport this morning. But due to the costs of this, I have had to adjust our plans. We are now going to be arriving on Friday to MCO instead of Thursday. I still plan on staying at RI Cocoa Beach so I will be there in plenty of time for the Friday night meet and greet!

Question:

We (3 of us) are arriving to MCO at about 1:10 in the afternoon on Friday, and will be going straight to the airport upon return to Pt Canaveral after the cruise. Is there anyone interested in sharing a van? Would def cut some costs!

We have had some snow today. I was in Florida for our ice storm back in early December. It was very light and powdery and not much accumulation, but some has melted from the cars traveling on it and now we will probably have a little ice issue. I was out in it for a couple of hours to get some work done for my boss, but he sent me home when he thought things were getting a little bad. He is so good to me!!!

I know we have not had near what some of y'all have had, but know that I feel for those that have had a large amount of the white stuff. It was the first time my 5 month old Maltese pup has ever seen it and he was not sure what to make of it.

So everyone dream of April and I will get the list out as soon as I hear from the final 3.

All the FE participants do any of you know either of the remaining 3 that have not responded on the dis boards. I am wondering if they are still participating or even going on the cruise. You would figure that they would have either been on here or the dis boards to check on things. I know it is not fair to exclude them to the list but what do you do if you have had no communication and no recent posts? There has been PM's sent and still nothing. Any thoughts

I agree that it isn't fair to exclude someone from the list but most of us, even us 1st timers, know that there is normally a cut off date for the FE. If there have been no recent posts from these individuals, I would have to put that down as

1) either something has happened and they are unable to join us or
2) they are joining us and are no longer interested or....
3) they just have busy lives and are not obsessed with planning their cruise... silly people...

I would say that we need to move on with finalizing the FE list. If they respond later, maybe we can do something to get them included but for now it is unfair to those waiting to get their items bought/made etc.

Just IMHO anyway

I would agree that we should finalize the list! I am waiting to get it so I can start planning and I am sure other people feel the same way!

The cutoff date was 3 days ago and no one has heard a word. I would assume they are no longer coming because you think you would have heard something by now?

I am so looking forward to this trip!!

That's not the final final but the link that she sent you is constantly updated with the most up to date version. So I am sure that you will see a post with the final update is available but we are waiting for 3 more to confirm

FE news I just spoke with Kathy and she is going to finalize the list and have it posted no later than tomorrow morning. She is going to take the three people and add them to each list with a flag stating that these people have not confirmed. I think this is a good solutions for all involved. So get ready here comes the list

You need 10 posts in order to send and receive private messages(PM's) so I would get ahead of the game and just post random stuff on the board till you get to the 10 posts. Her board name is twokats. if it is not possible for you to join the big list you can always coordinate with others to see if they would like to participate in a sorta mini FE exchange with you. I know we would be happy to include you in our exchange.
