Has anyone else had horrible sleep the last couple nights? DH and I were up literally all night last night and said it had to be one of the worst night sleeps we have had in a long time. Then we realized it was a Super blue moon which is very rare (was beautiful) and wonder if that had something to do with it?

Anyone else not sleep so great the last few nights? More than what is normal for you?

Me - No
My DH - yes

I never thought about it being the blue moon, but maybe.
I’ll be interested to see what others say.

No. I've slept better the last 2 nights than I have in a long time.

But I did also change some supplements up that I take, too, hoping this means that they are working.

The only change I noticed the past couple of days was not feeling tired and staying up an hour or two later than I usually do. But I slept fine once I did fall asleep.

Strange ...because I've slept awful the last few nights and I usually sleep like a rock

I noticed no difference in my sleep habits. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I use blackout curtains? If the blue moon has any sort of physiological effect, I didn't notice one.

I had a 5am flight this morning, so I did not get much sleep last night. The previous night I slept great.

Super Blue Moons have no effect on my sleep patterns.

Yesterday evening, the moon was huge and orange. Getting into the Halloween spirit, Super Blue Moon?

Yes, the last 2 nights I've had trouble staying asleep. 2 nights ago was worse than last night, but neither was a great night of sleep. We've got some stressors going on, so I figured it was just that. it's interesting about the moon though.

Thankfully I slept fine the past couple nights. One night this week the dog kept waking me up, maybe that had something to do with the moon, I dunno. She kept pitter pattering around.

Not any different than normal. Actually it’s 5am vs 3am that I’m lying in bed wide awake but I also went to bed 2 hours later.

I slept really well but having the grandkids over probably helped put Grandma to sleep. They play 12 hours straight!!!:cat:
