Has anyone had breakfast here after riding Soarin? What time does it open. Are all the boths open? What do they have to eat? Is it possible to use the DP or is it difficult? We want to get to EPCOT at opening, ride Soarin, and then get the kids breakfast. Thanks.

We ate breakfast inside 'The Land' pavilion during October of 2005. Only the bakery opens that early--I believe it was opened about the same time as when the pavilion & rides opened in the AM. They had similar offerrings to those you can find at the Main Street Bakery in MK, serving primarily baked goods and a selection of beverages.

I do not know if this has changed, but when we were there last Fall, the bakery inside of The Land did NOT accept the DDP credits. We asked, since the Main Street Bakery in MK does accept the DDP. But they informed us at that time that the Bakery there was not listed in the DDP materials (true at the time) and could not accept dining credits as payment--only the 'regular' Sunshine Seasons food booths could accept cs credits (for the typical lunch /dinner combo meals).

Any ways, the pasteries here were very tasty, and are large enough for more than one person to share. And the prices were reasonable. If you go, and are on the DDP, do ask about using credits, as the policy may very well have changed--maybe you will be pleasantly surprised.

I'd like to know more specifics about what exactly is offered for breakfast at Sunshine Seasons!
I know Matt'sMom mentioned pastries, but what exactly does that include. TIA!

Feb 07 and April 07 they had one stand for eggs and such (the chinese food one) at Sunshine Seasons open. They had bagel sandwiches and waffles. The bakery stand was open too. It opened at 9 am but I cannot answer the dining plan question as we are FL passholders and do not use the plan. We skipped the food because the line was huge so we grabbed some croissants from the bakery stand.

Just got back last night. We were at EPCOT Tuesday for EMH. We got a FP right away and rode it standby. We then rode Living the Land THEN ate Breakfast at Sunshine. DD5 and I spilt the Adult Platter (Eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and biscuit ) And DH ate the Croissant Sandwich ( Bread, bacon, eggs and cheese ). FP was ready by then and we rode Soarin' again and left the Land. We were on DDP and had no problem

Last Sept on the FREE dining:yay: my dgf and I ate there for breakfast. She got the adult breakfast platter and I got a chocolate chip muffin. the platter was too big for her and I ate half the potatoes and the sausage. It was all good and took a cs and a snack.
