Sunshine Rewards help please!

I have a friend who is trying to log on and can't get the password right, so I tried to go the forum to ask a question and can't get in, at all........ it says it doesn't even know my user id, and I have been with sunshine over a year, anyone know what I can do or what I have done. TIA

The forum is a separate registration. Unless you've been there before, you're not registered.

You might want to post on the rewards board as well. (towards the bottom of the main page.. in "just for fun"). SunshineGirl might read it then, and be able to help you.

I agree though, the forums are a seperate registration.

Your friend can get her password reset by going to the log in page, typing in her email addy and then using the drop down box to choose <reset password> instead of <login to my account> (the default).

A link for resetting her password will be sent to her email. She will have to click thru the link to complete the reset process. After that, she can change the password to a more memorable one.
