Sunshine Rewards Credit Problems???

Anyone else having "issues" getting credited for purchases made over the Xmas season on Sunshine rewards .

I'm told mine aren't appearing...had one or two not appear in the past; but I was very careful about making large purchases thru the site & they are not showing as valid transactions.

It's getting old...

I'm still going back & forth; not sure if issue is "dead" if so, i shall take my business elsewhere - fer sure.

just wondering if i'm the only one having problems?

I had an issue with a purchase I made not getting credited. They informed me that company dropped participation for a short time, so she took my order number and info and was going to look into it for me. I never did get credited and I didnt bother with it again. I still order through there though since its only happened once.

Update!

Sunshine has come thru for me , filed dispute w/merchants....classy imo.

I had a few problems in the fall with getting credit. I tried to resolve it with SSR. Some were corrected, some were not. I stopped using Sunshine Rewards for on-line purchases. It wasn't worth all the extra work trying to make sure you get the credits you were promised. I switched to Ebates and didn't have a single problem with the many purchases I made over the Christmas Season.
