Sunset Safari - Tell me about dinner at Jiko

Hi,

We'll be taking the Sunset Safari next week and I was wondering what the deal is with dinner at Jiko. I understand it's some type of sampling menu but I'm wondering if someone who has been on it could ellaborate. Is it substantial? Should we save up our appetites or will it be more of a light tasting menu?

We did the Safari in May. It is a five course meal with wine pairings. The portions were adequate, between apetizer size and an entree size. The chef comes out for each course and talks about what he prepared. You won't leave stuffed because the dinner will take at least 2.5 hours.

It was a fabulous experience. I hope it doesn't change (The chef we had is transferring to Citricos).
