Sunrise Safari Info

I looked on various places like All-Ears and Intercot and all the information I could find discussed the Sunrise Safari as including breakfast @ Tusker House which proves it is old information.

Another item is that it was limited to AK Consierge guests.

Has anyone done it lately, and if so, is it open to DVC guests and what is done now regarding breakfast?

Why would the Tusker House stuff prove it was "old information"?

Anyway, if you are using your DVC points for one of the few concerige level villas and you are there on the right night you can take the safari.

I am also wondering about the Sunrise Safari at AKV. I have two trips booked (one with DD and one with DH) and they both want to do the safari. Does anyone know where the breakfast is currently held? And also; how is the food, when do you arrive, and how far away are you from the major attractions (i.e. EE) ?

Tusker House no longer has the special room where they held the brunch for the safari. Actually the room is THERE, but it's been made into another seating area for the buffet. I don't know what happened to the brunch after the Tusker House redo. Maybe you just eat at the buffet.

You will spend all your time in Africa while doing the safari and brunch (assuming they still do the brunch). That's across the park from EE.
