Sunrise Safari -Children under 3?

Can children under 3 participate in the sunrise safari? I've seen the pricing which says children 3-9 and I am not sure if it means toddlers are at no cost, or can they not participate?

Yes. Maybe they are free?? It's a wonderful tour!

I just received an email back from concierge confirming that children under 3 can go on the tour and they are free
