Sunday.... Crowds????

Always scared of going to any park on a Sunday due to crowds inflating when you include locals. However I have read that Disney is actually no better or worse due to it being a travel day and people going to Sunday services.

So we will be arriving Saturday..... Do we do a Park on Sunday or maybe a waterpark?

We have always had great success with Epcot on Sundays. For whatever reason, it has not been really crowded on Sundays in the past.

We're arriving on a Sunday and It's the only day we can catch Spectro in MK so, crowded or not we'll be there. I would like to be prepared though, so if anyone can enlighten us please do.
