Hi!

off to orlando for the first time in August :Pinkbounc

Just wondered whether you regular visitors bought your sun tan lotion here or out there?

I was only thinking of buying the one bottle to see me through the first couple of days but am concerened because I did that when I went to Cancun and the sun tan lotion cost a fortune!!!

Thanks!!!!

Always take it with us, I know what suits us & i would hate to buy a different product & have 1 of the family react badly to it.

i either buy boots or Avon both brands I like, & if possible I buy when it's on offer!!

if you decide to buy in Florida buy at the supermarket where prices will be ok. It's much more expensive at the parks or waterparks.

We buy ours duty free at the airport on departure. My DH and DS use P20 - the one you put on before you leave for the day (90 minutes) and it last all day without re-applying. I have to use a different one as P20 doesn't work for me and I'm the one with olive skin.

We're going in August too. Have a great time!!

I like to buy before we go - usually Boots, and tend to try and get it on special - BOGOF, or save up my boots advantage points!!

I never bring any of it back - as usual space is limited on the return jouney, so I always leave what's left - not much call for factor 30 in Glasgow (even in summer).

Is it true that it loses its protection factor over time?

Cath :D

it's true that it does lose it's SPF after about 6 months so it's really not worth carrying it back - I used to be a beauty editor so you get that one drummed in to you by the doctors. AS for where to buy it: if you can't be bothered with carrying it all from Boots, the No-Ad brand sold at Walmart is very cheap and actually pretty nice to use (we don't live the UK anymore and now had to wear SPF 45 sunscreen daily - and this one's not bad). Have a good trip :)

We always seem to take with us, but still end up buying more - probably because we spend more time down on the Gulf coast than in the parks:sunny:

It is cheaper over there and more selection, but I've still never found what I call a great bargain for a quality product.

I have been looking around the net trying to find the cheapest place to buy P20 and I've found a site which sells it at £17.95 for the 200ml size and they don't charge postage on orders over £10. This is certainly the cheapest I've ever been able to get it. Rather than advertise, if anyone wants to know the website they can PM me.

Personally, I always take it with me, thsat way you don't need to waste time going to buy it. I use ultrasun - like p20 in that it looks like water but you only need apply it once even if you are going to the waterparks, but it doesn't stain your clothes yellow like P20 (P20 does washj out by the way) you can get ultrasun by logging onto www.ultrasun.co.uk and phoning the number thye give you.

Try walmart or an ecxard (Think thats how you spell it) its good price at both

We always buy it over there at Walgreen's. They have a 24-Hour store on I-Drive. Much cheaper than here and excellent lotion.

We usually buy ours in the supermarket when we get there too. We have always found that they have loads of choice and its often really good value.
