Summerfield Villas/Condo Resort?

Anyone ever stayed at the Summerfield Condo Resorts? How close is it to Disney and Universal? How are the 2 bed 2 bath units? I noticed on HotelKingdom that you have to call for rates, has anyone ever booked through them? We are interested in staying there since we travel with our little 6 pound dog and would need a pet friendly hotel, plus we like that it's only a 2 story individual unit type place.....we hate to have to take her out for nightly walks when we have to travel down in an elevator and through a lobby.

Anyhow, if anyone has any advice on this place please share

it is over is downtown Kissimmee - believe me I have been interested in this place for years - their exchanges into II have been few and far between....

I can't even find out that much about it on tug....

I have used the Amerisuites (in Atlanta not Orlando) - so they also don't have a problem - this trip I am using LaQuinta.

The Amerisuites and I am assuming LaQuinta - after you check in you don't need to go through the lobby.
