It was a great show and for $5 it just can't be beat.

He did talk alot during the show. I like how they tell you the history of the song, what he was thinking about when writing it, and just the whole back story in general.

My favorite of the night were Celebrate Me Home, Conviction of the Heart, and Danny's Song. He also talked a little about how he got his start touring with Fleetwood Mac on the Rumors tour and then how he formed the new group of Blue Sky Riders.

I wanted to see Zac Brown Band this year but it already happened in KC twice and I missed the one in St. Louis which was August 1st. I guess I will have to see them on the next go around.

Interesting question Janet.

At first it was an all out assault with the wide angle but I soon tired of it. It was then off to the 18-135 but I didn't feel as I got the quality shots I wanted consistently. Probably the shooter. I had the most fun with my 55-250 and started using it more consistently towards the end of the vacation. Ok to answer your question.

18-135 about 40%
10-22 about 29%
55-250 about 30%
50mm about 1%

I just grow weary of carrying all my lenses around and keep looking for that one perfect one. It really just doesn't exist does it? I have a Tamron 18-270 but hardly ever bring it. I just love that 17-55 to death, but hate also carrying the 50-150 ....... and the wide angle....... and the 30mm f/1.4. That bag does get heavy.......

After the first day I just took the one lens with me on the camera when I started out and wouldn't switch out until I went back for the end of the day. I would bring the camera bag for the evening/nighttime. One day I took the 18-135 and the next something different. It was so much better at least for me. Having just the camera around you feels very liberating.

Our problem is that we usually end up leaving early in the morning and staying until late at night. So I'm afraid to leave anything in the room. I just need to bring a pack mule along behindme I guess. But I do know I don't want so sacrifice the quality I'm used to with my nicer lenses, so I'll just have to keep feeling my way through it. I did use my 50-150 more last trip, so maybe I'll leave it behind a little more this time.

Is that the new ultra fast internet coming to town? I thought that was just going to be over in Wyandotte Kansas. But I'm not certain. Besides, I doubt I'll change, even though I hate Comcast. I've had my email address forever and really just don't want to change. Besides, I actually don't have complaints about the speed of my internet. And never mind the fact that we have the triple play with Comcast. Yep, we're "bundled".

Thanks Arthur. Your right about the heads. I really hate to post process so you will hardly ever see me do much except for maybe adjust the contrast or sharpen the image.

It will be available all over town. You have to put in a $10 deposit for it and if enough of your neighborhood signs up then they will come and do it. The deposit is refundable.

I the same as you. We have Time Warner and we are Bundled as well. That commercial cracks me up. Right now as it stands the google fiber will run $120 for internet and hd tv. We get a little better than that and get phone as well. I really want to drop the phone but it costs more to drop it. What? I'm ok with the speed with Time Warner right now as well. Can you imagine instant downloads and speeds of at least 100 times faster than cable? I read somewhere that the technology is out there that you won't have to use a mouse soon. You will be able to control it with your eyes. What?

Cable speeds vary. You can pay for different levels. Standard is 10 mbps. Turbo is 20mbps. Google fiber says its 100 times faster than standard.
