?...Summer Time Salads...?

Here is an extremely boring ? for a Friday night but I am cleaning the house. DH & DS are in Europe. Other DS is in NYC for the weekend and I am having a girl's weekend. Everyone is coming tomorrow through Sunday....YEAHHH!!!

HOW LONG are those salads that you buy in the deli good for....?

potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw....?

A week or less? Just curious!!!

Generally prepared foods should only be kept 3 days, maybe 4.
