Hi everyone
Apparently the summer season goes on sale the second week in November.

so not to long to wait for those who want to book for next year. I am planing on taking dd to see the some of the celebrations, like the castle and new parade.
I got a good price from Thomas cook signature which I am very tempted to book however I am trying to hold on until Disney release there prices as they will hopefully beat TCS.

Hi,
Does anyone knows when will the Fantillusion parade and fireworks displany begin for summer 2007?

The new "Leger" brochure for Nov'06 - Dec'07 arrived yesterday, no dates for parades, shows in it though, but it does have the 15th Anniversary promo pricture on the cover which is superb. :)

Hi chinhk and welcome to the DIS! :welcome:

I don't know if it will make any difference with 2007 being the 15th anniversary year but in 2005 and 2006 Wishes and Fantillusion started around the 16th July and ran until approx 27th August :)

Ooh, must send for this.

I have come to the conclusion that my planning is all wrong. I went to DLRP in 2005 and 2006 and missed WDW's celebrations. Now I am going to WDW in 2007 and will miss DLRP's 15th anniversary celebrations

Thanks for the info guys.... Love this site! I didn't expect to get such prompt replies :thumbsup2
I have already been to Disneyland paris three times for the past two years but never had the chance to go during the summer. So, planning to go next summer. There will be a total of 8-9 of us going together so I wanna make the trip perfect. SHould I go on the first day when the summer events begin or wait till much later? I am just afraid that the park will be overcrowded as I am sure many people will want to catch the first glimpse of the parade and fireworks on the first few days.
I do hope they will be new parade for the 15th anni celebration.

Fantillusion and Wishes will begin on July 14th and will run until August 26th

*Special Bastille Day fireworks will be shown on July 14th instead of Wishes.

Sorry to ask another stupid question but what is the difference between the special Bastille Day fireworks and Wishes?? Where can i get more info on the summer events? It seems to me that the PDL official website do not post summer events till much later.

Hi chinhk! There is a page I find to be more informative than the official one which is www.dlrpmagic.com but there is some work going on there at the moment so you will have to wait a little. There are a lot of pictures and guides to all parades (with spots where to stand, although you will find plenty tips for that here too ;) ), shows and attractions. Meanwhile you could also check www.dlp.info (hope that`s correct), if you click on the park you`re interested in you can then select shows and parades (I think Fantillusion is under "current events" still).
From what I heard so far the Bastillion fireworks is different in music and fireworks and the park seems to be very crowded because a lot of french celebrate their holiday there.
When we went this year I think summer events were running for a week and crowds were really manageable.
