summer rental car prices?

Any hope of these prices coming down for the summer, I actually got a quote of near 600.00 for just over 2 weeks, ouch! MKY

just tried L&M got 673.00 for a compact, Really thinking about a limo & maybe a rental for only for a day or 2.

I resereved a subcompact for two weeks. I have a free two size upgrade from my entertainment book. It is costing me $222.00. I made the reservation with National several months ago for our trip in August. This is a huge savings over what Disney was going to charge me to rent a car. They wanted me to pay them almost $950! I'm sure glad I bought that Entertainment book!

Tried national ea today & got a quote of 241.00 / week. Tried that dollar code fvg and it really isn't that much better think 1 week is rated at 165.. + all the add ons after that.

I got a decent price by using a discount code I found on www.mousesavers.com. For a week thru Avis I got $202.00 including taxes for an immediate size car. I feel that's pretty decent compared to what I was being quoted prior to using these codes. I also have an entertainment book and they give decent prices for several companies.

I have a reservation for a full size @ National for $190 a wk. I used my DC discount and I had a coupon for $20 off. The total comes to $370 for 2wks taxes included. I keep checking to see if the prices will go down but I'm getting quotes for $240 a wk. I made this reservation at least a month ago. I keep hoping the prices will go down
