Summer Price for Crystal Palace Breakfast

Hi guys,

I had a CM that wasn't sure on the price. She told me it would be $60 plus tips. Is that correct for Crystal Palace breakfast for summer dates? We're paying OOP and I want to make sure I budget accordingly.

How many people is that for? That sounds high if it is just 2 adults, but if you can tell us the structure of your party it might help us estimate if it is more or less right. There is probably a seasonal surcharge on there, but still, I think it is only $22.95 per adult plus the $3 surcharge and tips.

Two adults and one under the age of 3 (free) was quoted that price.

This was more what I was thinking. Expensive, but reasonably expensive (if there is such a thing!) I thought $60 plus tip was way too steep!

Summer upcharge is $4.00/adult plus tax and $2.00/child plus tax for beginning of June - mid August (day before free dining, I believe).

I believe it's $22.95 plus upcharge plus tax 6.5% which brings it to around $58.00 before tip.

Oh, man! Does that upcharge start right away in June? We are having breakfast there on June 5th and I was budgeting $19 adult/$11 child. Oh well, that's why I have that miscellaneous line in our budget!

I wrote down the date, but I can't access that right now - I think it starts on June 5th or 6th? If I remember correctly, it's not the 1st, which I thought was weird...?

The upcharges have been loaded into computers since December, but Disney feels it's ok to not inform guests in any official capacity.

For 2 adults with tax it was $53 before tip, so if there is a surcharge for the summer, around $60 sounds about right.
