Summer food trucks or booths?

Finally decided to postpone our spring break trip to Universal, so no Mardi Gras food and fun for us this year. Booooooo. big bummer. Rescheduling for early summer, a couple days either last week of May, or first week of June. I was googling if any summer food booths/festival type thing going on, and saw they've had summer food trucks in the past? I was there 1 day in June last year, and I don't remember seeing them. Any idea if they'll be back this summer, or any opinions on the food offerings in the past from them? Thanks!
