Summer extra evening hours question

We will be at WDW very end of July to drop my DCP daughter. We have park hopper. We will rope drop the morning at MK then want to go to Epcot for late afternoon. We want to head back to MK for fireworks then after hours. I wonder what crowds are like this summer for deluxe guest after hours. Wondering how much we can get done between 11/00-1.

I can't speak to summer, but I went to the extra evening hours once in March and once in April. MK was open until 1am. I'd say that from 12am-1am it felt like we were the only people in the park. We saw hardly any other guests. From 11-12 was pretty empty too! We didn't wait more than 5 minutes for anything.
