Summer Bay

Just booked through our RCI timeshare. Please tell us pros and cons to the place. How bad is drive to MK?

You may want to do a search of previous threads for a quicker answer, I know there are several Summer Bay resort threads out there.

From our visit last year though:

We really liked the resort. The pool area is nice, fishing and watersports were available. Amenities were available everywhere in the resort. Items were pricey though, mini golf was 6.00 a head for a basic course, the gift shop was nothing short of a rip off.

The drive to Disney varied. 15 minutes to the Disney sign was common, there were a few times on 192 where traffic just moved at a snail's pace for no apparent reason.

We would stay again if the opportunity would present itself.
