Summer Bay Resort?

A friend of mine owns a timeshare at Summer Bay, and has suggested that she and her son, myself and four of my kids, and her other friend and her two children go stay there. We would not do any theme parks, just stay on the property and relax. Has anyone been there? What kinds of activities do they have for kids ranging in age from 1 to 14? How is the pool/pools. What on site dining, is there anything? How does Summer Bay compare to other timeshares?
