It is a dedicated bus to MK from WL. Doesn't share with any resort, or never has when I rode it. Another positive to the WL is it has a dedicated bus to FW so you can easily get there. Both of those buses operate basically in a continuous circle all day long, thus the wait is never more that 10 mins in my experience.

If you’re under 45 I’d pick Riviera and it’s extra 16 years.

If you’re over 55 I’d pick SSR and save $1700.

Any age in between I think it’s a coin flip.

If you’re going to mostly stay in one bedrooms, make sure you really triple quadruple quintuple check that math that you’re going to actually save money versus just giving Disney cash for the room during their ever ongoing 30% off sales.

My plan would also be to do some studios for a no kids trip for food and wine every other year maybe?

Also when I think about having grandchildren we’d probably be looking at 2-3 bedrooms. I think one bedroom would be short lived when there’s only 4 of us going.

Of course I’d love to bring family with us and do larger rooms.

They didn’t when we were there a few weeks ago…but that was our first time.

I have stopped at CR when traveling from WL...it may have been for Epcot though....

CCV would be the better option IMO.

Agreed. CCV is almost impossible to get in to for December (which is the best time for CCV due to the huge Christmas tree and beautiful holiday decorations).

Woof my guide just quoted me $9,742.80 additional for the 50 points. Not sure that math maths with the new members sheet prices but I’d have to get more details.

Not quite what I had hoped, that’s about 1k over what I calculated, I should probably stick with my 150 and see how that goes!

Yeah, the new member sheet I have shows a $9600 difference, and then it sounds like they’re adding some extra closing costs for the late change (which isn’t totally unfair imo).

Actually that quote is without MB because that’s a rebate, so it would be really be $8,742.80 after getting the extra 1K in rebate…….

Well, you will be happy with it for maybe a few years? I thought it would work for me, but it didn't take long to add on and now up to 900 points, 15 years later.

But, I think you can make it work!!!

You will never regret having more. If you have extra the rental market is strong and you can rent points to offset your dues. But with 200 you'll likely just use em.

Anymore here just own only 150 points and they’re fully satisfied with that?

Would mostly rent 1 bedrooms, for a week in April so point chart is high for riviera but I would probably be okay staying at another resort or doing a split stay.

I really just need someone to make the decision for me

1 bedrooms are 320-420 per week in April, are you planning on skipping years or just doing weekends?

Unfortunately not, he’s the one who called me today to say it was closed. I should have drawn out the payments more but he wanted to schedule them all within 1wk saying it wouldn’t close for a few weeks anyways but it was fast!

Yes. Just got back and the buses were shared. But maybe not during peak times?

During slower times the WL shares a bus with CR for HS/AK and shares a bus with FW for Epcot.

Edit: Shares with CR for DS too. Above has been my experience, naturally it could change.

We shared WL with CR to Epcot last year. It was awful.
