Summer 2010, who will be there!

Hubby is getting a two month sabbatical next year and right now we are looking at going to Orlando for those two months. We'll get APs for the family and stay at a vacation home in the area. We'd love to stay onsite but that is way too expensive.:scared1:

I can't wait to be able to just casually go to the parks and not feel rushed! :thumbsup2I'm a bit concerned about the heat (I'm not a good hot weather person) but it's Disney!!

We'll know for sure by October if we will be able to do it but until then I'm telling myself it's a go!!:cheer2:

June 5 to June 11, 2010---first family Disney vacation. I'm so excited I can't stand myself! I had planned to go 2006, but didn't want to take a 1 year old with me. I believe she'll truly enjoy the trip as a 5 year old.

I just passed the 400 days out mark!! I'm psyched!
We were there last July 4th,and never ever dreamed we would be returning so soon! I usually like to wait a few years between trips.:goofy:

We are planning on going May 15 - May 21! Has anyone else been this time of year? I was wondering what the crowd levels were like.

:goodvibes A year from today, we'll be there ! :goodvibes
:wizard: June 2nd thru 12th :wizard:
Only one more year to go........................:woohoo:

We are going during the summer of 2010. Tentatively, we are going right at the end of the school year, so the first week of June. But, we are also considering going during free dining, if it is offered, next year at the end of August.

August trip for us. We are hoping to stay at AKL but may have to do a split stay with a mod to make it affordable we'll see.

Count us in. We are are taking our DS13 and his BF13 as an 8th grade graduation gift from June 28 - July 8. This will be his BF's first time ever to WDW and we are all so excited. :cool1: Oh the time is going so slow.

Me and my boyfriend have booked our accomodation for August 2010 - two weeks at Orange Lake resort (through RCI timeshare) - the perfect base for our orlando adventures!!

apart from a trip to amsterdam later this year we're having no holiday in 2009 - so Orlando 2010 will be extra special!!!

We're booking everything separately, and so far accomodation is the only thing in concrete, but flights will be released come august and then car/tickets will be the last things on the list!

It's my 3rd time to disney, and my boyfriends 2nd - but our first time as a couple....I am stupidly excited, even though its over a year away - thank god i found this board, i'm already researching and planning and I'm glad i'm not the only one thats slightly obsessive lol!!!

Ok. I really don't feel so crazy now! There are a lot of us planning a trip for next summer. We have not been since 2004, so I am really excited. It will be myself (39 & holding) DH (40 at time of trip) DS (12 atot) & DS (4 atot). It will be DS (4) first trip to Disney World and I want to make it wonderfull. We are looking at staying at POR or CS. I am really leaning toward POR now, so unless something changes my mind, that is where we will be 6/6/2010! Yeah!

Is anyone out there today? I too am axiously waiting for August so that I can book our trip. I called Disney travel yesterday and you can actually book now for next summer if you want to do resort only. You have to book at peak prices, but then they change them when the new pricing comes out and you can then add your package, dining plan etc... I think I will just wait until August when I KNOW what I will be paying. I really hope they run some specials like the buy 4 get 3 free deal that they did this year. That will be great as we are planning to stay 8 days.

Count us in. We had to cancel our September 09 trip due to the economy so our goal is to go early September 2010--split stay at the AKL and the CSR.

This is a trip my DH and I are most excited about! We go every summer but August 2010 we are taking his neice and nephew on their very first Disney trip! They will be 10 & 12! It is their Christmas present! This year when we go, we are buying Mickey ears with their names on them to wrap as their Christmas present. We cannot wait!

I am going 9th -30th August, doing a Disney Cruise during that time too and hope to do a few days at Universal Studio's as well as stay at disney.
