? Suites at AKL

I'll be spending my birthday at the AKL next year, and am entertaining the idea of booking a suite. There will only be DH, DS and myself, so I think the one bedroom suite will be sufficient. I'm assuming it's a seperate bedroom from the living room area, and there's a sleeper sofe or murphy bed in the LR?

Has anyone stayed in one? Also I'm assuming that the suites are automatically considered concierge...anyone know this for usre?

Hi Anne-

Yes, that is how the 1 bedrooms are set up. I should think that would be fine for the 3 of you. I'm 90% sure that all the suites are concierge at AKL, but I'm sure someone else can tell you for sure. Happy planning!

Great shots! Did you have concierge service? Did the bathroom have a seperate tub and shower?

Yes we had concierge. There are pictures of the concierge and bathrooms on the other pages. Just go to the bottom and click on the hand icon to go to the other pages.

I am not sure if having a suite means you get concierge. We had concierge originally. Not all the suites are on the concierge floor. Ours was on the 3rd floor which was great because we did not have to go up an elevator to get to the room and we were closer to the animals.

We've stayed in the one and two bedroom suites there, and yes .. they're concierge. Also, yes, they have separate showers and tubs. I can send you some photos if you'd like.
