I had never thought not to have individual cases till I read it on here!! But do you guys lock your hold cases and if so what brand of locks are you allowed to use?? Also we are going to do the photopass plus but how early can you buy it as we don't arrive till mid February

Some lock cases, some don't. There are ups and downs to either approach.

I lock mine and use TSA locks so that if they need to be opened in the US, they can unlock it with their master key and put the lock back on (as opposed to destroying the lock for random searches).

I don't lock it so much for the airport as I do in case we are ever separated from our luggage and it ends up standing around waiting to be collected in the event of a delay. It's simply a matter of personal preference.

I don't believe there is any limit to how early you can order Photopass if you prepurchase. I have ordered in excess of a year ahead on more than one occasion and had no issues with it. Certainly not too early to do it now for February if you wish

We lock but more as we use a strap that makes them easy to spot on the luggage belts.
