as a 21st birthday/college grad pressent, i gave a friend a vac at the BWV's (studio, BW view).
she tells me literally every time we talk how that was the best present she has ever received

(btw, she wound up buying into
DVC at AKV - smart girl

- but still tries to book stays at the BWVs)
my 25yo daughter greatly prefers BWVs also (likewise, my 21yo son, and many, many relatives).
especially at that age, and without a car, there is still sooooooo much to do at the BWVs. they obviously can just walk to/fro EPCOT or DHS on a whim (great if 1 or 2 get cranky

), play ping-pong and/or video games/rent DVDs -free- at community hall, watch the evening entertainment on the BW, play arcade and/or carny games, buy an ice cream cone and wander the grounds, read a book in the rocking chairs off the lobby, shop, play tennis, rent a surrey or regular bike, hang out in the bellevue lounge (although they can't drink alcohol, there are board games and soft drinks available), swim in luna park or choose from 2 beautiful quiet pools. just grabbing a yuumy pastry from the BW bakery for b'fast is a treat

. they can also walk over to the BC to see a movie on the beach, and/or rent a watermouse.
the BCVs are beautiful, but be aware it is very busy and noisy with little ones. the BWVs on the other hand, are quieter inside, with a lot of bustle and excitement at your fingertips - but not in your face
