Suggestions Welcome

My family and I are taking a trip in October, and I'm trying to decide on which places to eat at. I had the DP last year and have a good idea on the places I want to try this time.

The Rose & Crown Dining Room sounds good. And of course Le Cellier, that place was soooooo good. I'm trying to stay away from the buffets, they just weren't that great, and to me, was a waste of a good ts credit. If you had to choose between R&C and Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki DR, which one would you choose?
Also, here are some of the other places I was thinking of:
'Ohanas-is the menu change really bad? we've never eaten there....
Concourse Steakhouse
Cape May Cafe`- I know it's a buffet, but I love seafood....
Liberty Tree Tavern
Maybe Boma- I'm about trying different things, just not too exotic-plus it's a "buffet"
Any suggestions?

le cellier is out of this world! concourse is also great nice to see monorail passing as you eat and food is wonderful.
chef mickeys is great the buffet is not too bad and character interaction is wonderful.
also alfredos at epcot is great.
