Suggestions On Park Weekend before Memorial Weekend

We have all of our park days on week days in hops to avoid the crowds as much as possible... But we do have a park day planned for Sunday May 23rd.... Which park did you feel would be the least crowded? Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, or Epcot?

They all are crowded on the weekend. I would go for HS on a weekend, since it's almost always crowded during the week too. Not really much benefit to going during the week vs. the weekend for HS.

Unfortunately we have a reservation for Build a Droid and build A light saber as well as a reservation for the Star Wars Oga 's Canteen for the second to last day... It would be very difficult to get those reservations for our second day so not an option to switch that park

Personally, I would choose AK just because I don't want to battle the festival crowd at Epcot on a weekend. MK "feels" pretty crowded most days, I think, just because their thoroughfares are so much smaller. The thoroughfares at AK are significantly wider altogether with the exception being of parts of Pandora.

We will be there the same time, and we chose AK for Sunday. I didn't want to do Epcot with the festival, and thought MK would be busier on a weekend.

Dang I have AK currently booked for Sunday but can not get Yak and Yeti.... We were able to get it for our second AK day but my parents are going to Epcot a second time so Sunday would be their only chance for eating there unless we switched parks.... I was thinking Epcot since I have been there not only on a Sunday but EASTER SUNDAY and it was not bad at all... That was pre Covid in 2019 though.... Wondering if I should be patient and see if a reservation open up when they extend the hours or switch parks.... Unfortunately by the time they extend hours the parks will be booked...
