suggestions on how to get to Poly from Jambo

This I agree with as I have used both Uber and Lyft to get around WDW and sometimes there is a big difference and sometimes it’s close enough and I default to Lyft,

But, when we visited City walk. last year for dinner, Uber was much cheaper than Lyft on way there, but way home, Lyft was!

Many drivers work for both Uber & Lyft

Surge pricing or not, Things can change rapidly. Currently, there ia small fuel charge ($.55 per trip I believe) that will be assessed.

generally, if you wait 15 min to a half hour & try again, rates normalize.

If I have 30 minutes to waste I’ll just take Disney transport for free.
