Suggestions needed for daughters 12th b/day!

We will be arriving at the CBR on my daughters 12th birthday after a very long drive from NY. This couldn't be avoided. Of course, we are going to be taking her out to dinner that night to her choice of restaurant no matter how tired we are! I am feeling a little badly because we will be spending most of her b/day driving down to Fla so wanted to do something special for her. I was thinking maybe a maybe a balloon arrangement in the room when we check in? something like that. Any suggestions? Also, how would I arrange this? Please help, we are leaving in two weeks.

Just wanted to mention, my daughter is fine with this, she is excited to be going on vacation. I'm the one who feels a little guilty!

Okay, I've got a cold today and my defenses are down. You got me! If you would PM me with the name your reservation will be under and your daughter's first name, there will be a surprise and some balloons waiting for her when you check in at CBR.

I should probably add that I am not some kind of nut case (maybe a little nutty) lurking on these boards. If you do a search on my screen name, you will find that I have been here a long time and just like to do things like this.

Yes, I can vouch for her, I've seen her on these boards for at least a couple of years now!!!


I have a suggestion I started a thread about last night ~ I found a website that has "Cinderella's Glass Slipper, with a note in it.......... my suggestion was that the poster use it to "invite her daughter to breakfast with cindy", but since You can personalize the note, your's could say "Happy Birthday, from Cinderella".........
