Hi, all. Do I use warm water and can I use bleach? Can they go in dryer? Thanks.

Yes and yes if you have a sneaker rack for your dryer. HOWEVER - the bleach CAN turn any plastic a bit yellow. You can try soaking in:
OxyClean in HOT water
or
HOT water, 1 cup of CASCADE POWDER DISHWASHING DETERGENT and 1 CUP OF CLOROX 2 COLOR SAFE BLEACH, make sure all is mixed well before soaking the shoes(this works well on ANY item of clothing colored - white etc and has gotten out every single stain I have thrown at it

Just thought I'd give you another tip. Before I had a drying rack for my dryer, I would tie the shoestrings of both shoes together and make a big knot at the top (you know, like if you wanted to toss them over your shoulder). Then I would hang them in the dryer with the knot on the outside and shut the door to the dryer. Then they woudn't thump and clunk in the dryer while they tumbled. They just hung there and got dry :thumbsup2

Shout wipes, if you're iffy on the machone, maybe.

I always had a problem with the bleach turning the corner around the toe yellow...the canvas part. So I didn't use bleach.
I always let them air dry. :laundy:

And, if you have any really tough stains that won't come out of the canvas, try dabbing white shoe polish on them. I knew a lady who always had blazing white Keds, and she swore this was her secret.
