i'll suggest taking a few minutes to actually flip through that new 'explanation of benefits' your health insurance company likely sent you in an email link (if not an actual hard copy). you might find out about benefits you never knew about that you can benefit from and SAVE $$$$-
health club/gym memberships (my oldest was going to pay a monthly fee-checked the insurance and it was one of their contracted national chains so FREE membership),
under the same coverage-some recreation centers are covered as well. again-when looking at my oldest's (and later found my different insurance company covers as well) we found that the local rec center with a gym, pool, sauna, kid's activities is eligible for each insured to have a free membership (would have been awesome when my 'kids' were actually kids vs. paying for a pool pass each summer).
for us older folks (or those who help their older friends/family members)-if you are on a medicare advantage plan see if you have an OTC benefit and if so-see if it is accepted at stores where groceries are sold. there are some OTC cards that allow healthy foods as a covered benefit so if you are a couple that both individually get (what my plan provides for 2023) $75 per quarter-that equates to $50 per month in groceries. not a bad benefit to utilize.
