My friend is looking to stay in an Orlando area resort during Christmas vacation. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to give to her? Thanks

Perhaps we could help with a little more information. How many people is your friend looking to accommodate? What kind of amenities are they hoping for? Cypress Point gets great reviews and usually has good prices through hotelkingdom.com. Comfort Suites Main Gate East is a good hotel and you can get a decent price with the Orlando Magic Card. Orange Lake Country Club is a timeshare resort, it looks awesome and gets good reviews too. Windsor Hills is a popular place if they are looking for a town home or condo. Christmas week is very busy. They should book as soon as possible.

Sorry. That info would have been helpful wouldn't it?
They have 5 adults in their party. Right now they used their DVC points for to make a reservation at BWV but they just found out their college son wants to study abroad in New Zealand second semester next year. So now they want to cancel BWV and use their points to visit him in New Zealand in February. She was looking for packages off disney property that included tickets. She said before they owned DVC they were able to get good packages. But today all she was able to find with tickets were the timeshare promotions.
I will tell her about the places that you suggested.
Thanks

We just got back from staying at Marriott Royal Palms and also Grande Vista. We had a 2br 2ba at Royal Palms. There was a king, a queen, a queen sofa
and a single daybed type thing. It was soooo nice for a family of 5.
