suggestions for one bedrooms at vwl

We are staying 4 nights in a one bedroom at VWL. I would love some guided request "words" so that I would be likely to have a nice view of the lake. Also, is there a place to see Wishes fireworks from Wilderness lodge or not? Never stayed there before so any VWL pointers are welcome... NO KIDS trip!!!

It's a really small resort. Most of the villas have a woods view, a few have a pool view. And even fewer will have a view of the lake through the woods. You can see some of Wishes from the boat dock, but not much.

We usually request "woods view and high floor". There are a limited amount of pool views (very few). The woods are between the lake and the resort, so there is a possiblity you may see the lake but no direct views.

VWL is a great resort for many reasons. Unobstructed views of the fireworks is not one of them.

This is the view of MK fireworks (this might have been a MVMCP instead of Wishes) from the beach and boat dock area:

You can see most of the higher fireworks over the CR but won't see the lower fireworks.
