Suggestions for carpet cleaning machine...

I would be using it for spot cleanining, not the entire room. We have an older dog who is having a few accidents. We had a little green machine that no longer works. Wondering what it isout there now that people are happy with.

If you're going to clean spots, you might as well clean the whole room.

We just got a Spot Bot on Saturday. We got the Pet Stain version. Used it Saturday night for a couple of stains and it worked great! We love it. Used the hose to do the floorboard of my daughters Jeep on Sunday that had got wet and once again it worked wonderfully.

As cleaning carpets for a very long time I wont recommend a carpet cleaner. When doing it yourself it comes down to how hot the water is and how well is the suction. Use the hotest water you can and keep resuctioning with clean water. And dont use a whole lot of soap because that will take more suctioning to get it out. Alot may come back from it soaking into the pad. Not telling you what to do or buy just what ever you use make sure of the heat and suctioning. Hope you find a machine you like.
